Dennis M. Organ, of Warwick, NY, passed away on July 22, 2013 at his home.  He was 64 years old.

Born on December 1, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late John J. and Margaret (Valentine) Organ.

Dennis was a retired Lt. Detective with the New York Police Department, and a member of the Warwick Country Club.

He is survived by his son, John M. Organ of Brooklyn; and a brother, John R. Organ of Palm Coast, Florida.  He was predeceased by a brother, Martin Organ.

Visitation will be on Monday July 29, 2013 from 2-4 pm followed by a funeral service at 4:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Cremation will be private.
