
Kenneth V. Forman, of Circleville, NY, was called home to be with our Lord on October 2, 2015 at Valley View Center, Goshen. He was 81 years old.
Born on April 29, 1934 in Catskill, NY, he was the son of the late Erwin and Catherine (Van Buren) Forman.
He was the loving husband of 57 years to Dorothy (Dottie) Forman.
Kenneth served with the U.S. Navy from 1954-56, and was a member of
American Legion Post 151 in Middletown. He was a truck driver with Maybrook Industries in Montgomery, NY, and was a member of Teamsters Local 445. He was a member of the Brick Reformed Church in Montgomery.
He was a hard working man who loved his family. He was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Dottie of Circleville; his children: Kenny Forman of Port Orange, Florida; Kevin Forman and his wife Abbey of Raymond, NH; Keith Forman and his wife Sue of West Milford, NJ; Kim Phillips and her husband Chad of Eldred, NY and Karl Forman and his wife Gladys of Sevierville, TN. He is also survived by brothers Erwin (Van) Forman and his wife Helen of Washingtonville, NY and Howard Forman and his wife Libby of Middletown, NY and an aunt, Dorothy Forman of West Coxsakie, NY; sister in laws Bernice Alsdorf of Conklin, NY, Pat Reach of Palmetto, GA and Barbara Williams of New Windsor, NY and brother in law, Dennis Terwilliger of Christoval, TX and cousins Henry (Sonny) Williams and Lydia Desnoyers. He is further survived by his loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
