Marianne F. Westphal, of Warwick, passed away on June 5, 2016 at Valley View Center, Goshen. She was 90 years old.
Born on June 9, 1925 in Tonnad, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Lorenz and Franziska (Stockbauer) Edlfurtner.
She was married to the late Albert Westphal (1978).
A homemaker, Marianne was a member of St. Stephen Church, Warwick.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at Valley View for the wonderful care they provided to Marianne.
She is survived by her children: daughter, Franziska Predmore and her husband Willard (Bill) of Pine Island; her sons: Albert Westphal and his wife Barbara of Monroe and John Westphal and his wife Maureen of Warwick; and nine grandchildren: Zackary Predmore, Corinna Predmore and James Predmore of Pine Island; Michael Westphal and Elizabeth Baker and husband Chris of Austin, TX; Joseph Westphal of Monroe, Christine Westphal of Yonkers, Kerianne Westphal and John P. Westphal of Warwick; and two great-grandchildren: Allie Baker and Dylan Baker.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 8th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Thursday at St. Stephen RC Church, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
