of Greenwood Lake, passed away on November 18, 2010 at Campbell Hall Health Care Center. He was 75 years old.
Born on July 27, 1935 in Warwick, he was the son of the late Peter and Katy Wilhelm.
He was married to Nancy (Lehman) Wilhelm.
Mr. Wilhelm was a Custodian and Maintenance Worker at the Warwick Valley High School. Previously, he was a Truck Driver with Jones Chemical Company in Warwick and a New Milford Dairy Farmer for many years. He was a member for more than fifty years of the Goodwill Hook & Ladder Company, Warwick.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Wilhelm of Greenwood Lake; four step-children: Dody Nicholas and her husband Al, Frank Milazzo and his wife Deb, Barbara Miller and her husband Scott, and Ray Milazzo and his wife Janna; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four sisters: Amelia Ochs, Lena Langlitz, Minnie Youngman and Louise Daubert, all of Warwick; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Helen Martin and Ester Felker and three brothers, Henry Wilhelm, Peter Wilhelm and Alexander Wilhelm.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 21, 2010, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Monday at the funeral home, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
