of Greenwood Lake, died on May 22, 2007 at St. Anthony’s Community Hospital. She was 71 years old.
Born on September 11, 1935 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of Daniel and Ann (Murphy) Graney.
She was married to the late Robert D. Langan.
A family statement read: “Ann loved a good book, a good joke and spending time with her grandchildren.”
She worked as a Clerk with the Greenwood Lake, NY library and was a member of Holy Rosary RC Church, where she formerly served as a CCD teacher.
She is survived by her family: son Robert D. Langan and his wife Margaret, grandchildren Reiny, Danny, Kevin, Kyle and Katie, daughter Kathleen Turner and her husband Jim, grandchildren Lea and Kyla, daughter Claire Riley and her husband James and grandchildren Katie, James, Asha and Jordin; also survived by two great-granddaughters: Alexa and Mia.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 23rd, from 3-5 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Funeral Mass will be at 10am on Thursday at Holy Rosary RC Church, Greenwood Lake. Interment will follow in St. Stephens Cemetery, Warwick.
