Louis Pupello

of Warwick (formerly of the Bronx), died on March 1, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital.  He was 85 years old.

 

Born on March 11, 1921 in Dennison, Ohio, he was the son of Louigi and Josephine Vasile Pupello.

 

He was married to Arline Nigero Pupello.

 

An Army Air Force veteran of World War II, he was an Assistant Manager with Walgreen’s in New York City and a member of St. Stephen RC Church, Warwick.

 

He is survived by his wife Arline, of Warwick;  three daughters:  Ruth Lucas of Pine Bush, Josephine Gibson of Goshen and Geraldine Magnaldi of Montauk; nine grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

 

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 4, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10am on Monday at St. Stephens RC Church.  Interment will follow in Orange County Veterans Cemetery.
