Suzanne W. Hogan, of Warwick, passed away on June 14, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern.  She was 68 years old. 

Born on August 31, 1946 in Swift Current, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Carmen (Peterson) Smith. 

Suzanne worked at Burger King in Warwick.

She is survived by her son, Andrew Hogan, of Warwick 

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 18th, from 2-4 & 7-p pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home.  Private cremation.
