Born on July 5, 1955, she was the daughter of Randall I. and Nancy M. Van Dunk Milligan.
She was the wife of Peter Lukawitz.
She is survived by her husband, Peter, of Port Jervis; a son, David Lukawitz; five daughters: Holly Southard of Wantage, NJ, Liza M. Milligan of Boynton Beach, FL, Mary E. Milligan of West Milford, Joan Milligan of West Milford, and Lindsay De Groat of Port Jervis. Also survived by seven grandchildren.
