of Chester and formerly of Staten Island, died on February 5, 2007 at his residence.  He was 88 years old.

Born on August 9, 1918 in Melbourne, Australia,  he was the son of Ian and Marion Billbrough Richardson

He was married to the late Sarah Agnes Trayner.

Mr. Richardson was an Electrical Engineer with Ebasco., Inc., New York City.  He was a member of St. Stephens RC Church in Warwick, and the Golden Age Club of Chester.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Donovan and her husband Patrick of Chester, his daughter-in-law Terry Richardson of Seattle, Washington;  his grandchildren:  Tyler, Geoffrey and Elizabeth.  Also surviving is a sister Joan Richardson of Australia.

He was preceded in death by a son, Geoffrey Richardson.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7- 9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10am on Thursday at St. Stephens RC Church.

Private cremation.  Interment of cremains will take place at Cemetery of the Resurrection, Staten Island.
