Kaley Grace Smith of Warwick, NY passed away suddenly at Westchester Medical Center on December 12, 2020 the day before her 15th birthday.
Born in Warwick, NY on December 13, 2005, she was the daughter of Kerryann Smith and John O’Leary.
Kaley is survived by her mother, Kerryann Smith and sister, Kara Ver Hage at home.
Kaley was a beautiful angel who enjoyed dancing, music and painting with her mom and sister. She loved all her creative projects that she made with her teachers. Her infectious smiles lit up every room. Kaley’s presence touched everyone who knew her and brought out the best in people.
Kaley had many people that loved and supported her including her maternal grandparents, Chris and Maureen Smith, Peggy O’Leary, Uncles Chris, Kevin, James and Brian, aunts, 16 cousins, nurses, teachers, and friends.
Kaley was a fighter that defied all the odds she was given from the time she was diagnosed. She will be in our hearts forever.
The family will receive friends for memorial visitation on Saturday, December 19 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY 10990.
