Sandra R. (nee Pelak) Copello of Warwick, NY, peacefully entered into rest on April 16, 2020 with her loving husband, daughter and other family members by her side. She was 76 years old.

Born in Passaic, NJ on April 21, 1943, she was the daughter of Rose (Tutsch) and Andrew Pelak who predeceased her.

Sandy, dedicated her life to her family and spent countless years as a volunteer to many organizations. She dedicated extensive volunteer hours as a Girl Scout Leader both in Garfield, NJ and Pompton Lakes, NJ, had actives roles within the Pompton Lakes Band Booster Club and volunteered for many years at St. Anthony's Community Hospital, Warwick, NY. Sandy was also the manager and stylist of Plaza Hair Stylists in Pompton Lakes, NJ.

Sandy leaves behind a large family who cherishes fond memories of her beautiful life. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Vincent; daughter Dana Castine and her husband Timothy; son-in-law, James Diamond; five grandchildren: Jessica, and Nicholas Diamond and Hannah, Sarah, and Andrew Castine; and her brother, Ronald Pelak. She was predeceased by her daughter, Donna Diamond.
