, of Warwick, NY (formerly of Queens), passed away on March 8, 2010 at Schervier Pavilion.  She was 83 years old.

Born on July 10, 1926 in Secaucus, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Emma (Ott) Grownbach.

She was married to the late David Lee Durand (1998).

She is survived by her daughter, Denise Lapsley and her husband John; her grandchildren:  Jessica Lapsley, John Lapsley, Dorothy Lapsley, and Tara Lapsley, all of England.  She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010, from 7:00-9:00 pm and on Friday, March 12, 2010, from 9:00-9:30 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Funeral service will be held at 9:30 am on Friday at the funeral home, followed by interment in Cypress Hill Cemetery, Brooklyn.
