of Warwick, (formerly of Smithtown, NY) passed away on June 6, 2011 at Schervier Pavilion.  She was 90 years old.

 

Born on January 14, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Hjalmer K. and Henrikka (Hansen) Jorgensen.

 

She was married to the late Carl Andersen (1999).

 

She is survived by her son, Paul Andersen and his wife Gail of Warwick; a grandson, Brian Andersen; a granddaughter, Kristen Andersen.

 

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

95 Kings Highway, Warwick, NY 10990 or a charity of one’s choice.
