of Otisville (formerly of New Windsor), died on February 20, 2007 at her residence.  She was 95 years old.

Born on August 16, 1911 in Warwick, NY, she was the daughter of Charles Babcock and Malel Smith.

She was married to the late Darwood Dodd.

A family statement reads:  “She will be missed by the family she lovingly held together.”

She is survived by her daughter, Jerri Dodd of Otisville; a grandson, Jerry C. Dodd of Spring Glen, NY; a granddaughter, Jennifer Dodd of Otisville; a great-grandson, Matthew Keller of Walden; her beloved daughter-in-law, Sumiko.

Funeral arrangements are being held privately.
