Patricia Urban, of Warwick, passed away on December 14, 2010 at home. She was 56 years old.
Born on June 28, 1954 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Lillian (Butler) Guy.
She was married to Joseph Urban.
Mrs. Urban was a Provider Relations Manager with H.I.P. Insurance, New York, NY. She was a member of St. Stephens RC Church, Warwick.
Pat was known for her love of family and always putting the people she loved before herself. From an early age, she was a leader and a caretaker. She was also a fighter and she battled courageously in her fight with cancer. She will be sorely missed by all her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph of Warwick; her children: Samantha Urban, of Warwick; Christine Logola of Middletown, DE, and Kathleen Urban of Newark, DE; her grandchildren: Zak, Lindsey and Megan Logola, Robert Carpenter and Emily Urban; her brothers: Christopher Guy of Warwick, James Guy of Yonkers, and Matthew Guy of Warwick; her sisters: Elizabeth Meyers of Valley Cottage and Mary Ellen Sansone of Warwick; nine nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 16th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Friday at St. Stephens RC Church, followed by interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
