The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation on Monday, October 14th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. Those attending the graveside service on Tuesday, October 15th  should meet at 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home for procession to Warwick Cemetery, 50 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.
