Born on December 10, 1904 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Victor and Theresa Werany. He was married in 1928 to the late Lorena Werany (1989) for 61 years and was a retired milkman for Borden’s Milk in Brooklyn, NY.
Howard was President of the Warwick Valley Senior Club for 25 years. He loved to read and after surrendering his driver’s license he bought an electric scooter so he could travel to town to visit the library, Post Office, CVS, Akins and village restaurants. He enjoyed traveling around with his friends Gus and Mike to many favorite eating spots from Middletown, NY to Vernon, NJ

He is survived by three daughters: Adrienne Campbell and her husband Donald of Elkins, NH, Eunice Golia of Belleville, NJ, Janetta Montuori and her husband Patrick of Florida, NY; a son: Victor H. Werany of Middletown, NY; 11 Grandchildren and 24 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 24th, from 2-4 &
