Celia R. Sisco, of Warwick, passed away on December 30, 2016 at St. Anthony Community Hospital.  She was 87 years old. 

Born on March 25, 1929 in McAfee, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Ruth (Carr) Storms.

She was married to the late Everett Sisco (2005).

A homemaker, Celia was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Warwick. 

A family statement reads:  “A loving Mom, her family was her life.  She was a kind person and never had a bad word about someone.”

She is survived by her children:  Linda Decker and her husband Stephen of Warwick, Stanley Sisco of Warwick, Michael Sisco of Vernon, NJ, and Steven Sisco and his companion Sarah of Warwick; her grandchildren:  Jason Decker and his wife Jo-ann, David Decker and his fiancé Brittney Craven, Scott Decker, Kyle Sisco and his fiance Nichole Kowalczyk, and Chad Sisco; and great-grandchildren:  Cole Decker, Alaina Decker and Kinsley Decker; sisters-in-law:  Geraldine Storms and Elizabeth Storms; several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings:  Zita Decker, Alberta Drew, Stanley Storms, Theodore Storms, Lee Storms, Roger Storms and Andrew Storms, and a daughter-in-law, Jan Sisco.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, from 3-5 pm & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
