77, of Warwick, passed away on  Thursday, July 6, 2006 at St Anthony’s Hospital, Warwick.

 

Born on Sept. 13, 1928 in New Castle West, Limerick, Ireland, he was the son of the late Michael and Hanna Linane Killeen.

 

Mr. Killeen was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Korean War.  He was a truck driver with Jones Chemical Company. WArwick and was a member of St. Stephens Church, Warwick

 

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Eileen Waddleton Killeen; sons:  John Killeen and his companion Lisa, Robert Killeen and his wife Janine; daughters:  Eileen Knapp and her husband Sanford,  and Susan Killeen; his daughter in law,  Nora Killeen; seven grandchildren:  Alan, Michael, Kimberly, Shawn, Ryan, Michael Robert and Alex; brothers:  Patrick and Michael Killeen;, sister, Nora Donnellan;  several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased his brother,  Edward Killeen.

 

Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday, July 7, at Lazear-Smith and Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on  Saturday at St Stephens Church, Warwick. Interment will be in St. Stephens Cemetery, Warwick.
