Alice Bina Ferguson, of Spring Hill, FL and formerly of Paramus, NJ, passed away on June 18, 2017 at her son’s home in Warwick.  She was 85 years old.

Born on July 27, 1931 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Heathcote and Anna Aspinall.

She was married to the late William Osborne and the late Eugene Ferguson.

Alice was formerly an Operator with Maersk Lines in Newark, NJ. 

She is survived by her children:  Scott Osborne and his wife Colleen of Warwick, William Atwood Osborne of Union, NJ, Daniel Osborne of Spring Hill, FL and Jill Vaccaro of NC; and also 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Ann.
