of Warwick, died on March 4, 2008 at her home.  She was 71 years old.

Born on May 26, 1936 in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ethel Klover Garbett.

She was married to Rolf Billington.

Mrs. Billington was a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She was a Textile Designer and Artist.

She is survived by her husband, Rolf; her son, Rolf Billington and his wife Catherine of Wesley Chapel, FL; her daughter, Kristin Billington and her husband Thomas McBride of Newburgh; her daughter, Ingrid Balsamo and her husband Anthony of New Milford, PA; a brother, Thomas K. Garbett of New City; a sister, Valarie H. Garbett of Warwick;  and three grandchildren:  Simone, Aiden and Grace.

Memorial visitation will be on Friday, March 7, from 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday at Warwick Cemetery.
