(nee Fortmuller), of Warwick (formerly of Silver Spring, MD) passed away at home on October 24, 2009. She was 47 years old.
Born on October 4, 1962 in Hoboken, NJ, she was the daughter of Henry and Rose Marie (Penzo) Fortmuller.
She was the wife of Donald Denmead.
A homemaker, Jodi-Ann graduated from Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ. She formerly worked for IBM as an Accountant. A member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Warwick, she was an active member of Warwick School District PTA and president of Park Avenue PTA, was a dedicated community volunteer, and an avid sports fan.

She is survived by her husband, Donald, of Warwick; a daughter, Kaylee and a son, John; her parents Hank and Rose Marie Fortmuller, of Warwick; two brothers: Jeff Fortmuller and wife Alison, of Morris Township, NJ and Hank Fortmuller and his wife Beverly, of Martinsville, NJ; a niece, Lindsey Fortmuller; three nephews: Christopher, Cole and Henry Fortmuller; and the family dog, Kiki.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 pm and Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kings Highway, Warwick. Cremation will be private.
