Henrietta Polulak, of Warwick, passed away on December 30, 2011 at St. Anthony’s Community Hospital, Warwick. She was 86 years old.
Born on March 30, 1925 In Jersey City, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Gustave and Anna Malanowski.
She was married to the late Myron Polulak, Sr. (2003)
Mrs. Polulak was formerly a Bookkeeper with Dover Township Sewer Authority, Toms River, NJ.
She is survived by her four sons: Richard A. Polulak and his wife Sheila of Warwick, NY, Thomas B. Polulak and his wife Joanne of PA, Myron J. Polulak, Jr. and his wife Joann of NJ, and Ronald H. Polulak and his wife Marianne of NJ; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; a sister, Loretta Savage of NC; a brother, Edward Malan of the state of Florida; many nieces and nephews.
