Gary C. Jones, of Warwick, NY passed away on October 21, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, NY. He was 67 years old.
He was predeceased by his wife Lorraine Forsythe-Jones in 2015.
The son of the late William H. and Dorothy L. (nee Hultgren) Jones. He was born in Highland Mills, NY on July 29, 1949.
He worked in the kitchen at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Warwick, NY.
He is survived by his brothers: Thomas J. and wife Mary of Warwick, NY and William E. Jones of Middletown, NY; his sisters: Shirley Shunoski, Janis Jaeger, Dorothy Hunt, Jane Wood and her husband William of Warwick, NY, and Rose A. Snow; nephews: John R. Wood, Michael B. Snow, Joseph W. Snow and Clay Jones; niece, Katherine D. Wood-Sweet and her husband Ethan. He is also survived by stepsons Steve Forsythe and Michael Forsythe. Gary was predeceased by his brother, Ronald Jones and his sister, Sheila Jones.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Lazear-Smith Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home, followed by interment at Warwick Cemetery.
