Jeanne M. Figueira, of Warwick, NY passed away on January 4, 2019 at St. Anthony’s Community Hospital, Warwick. She was 66 years old.
Born on April 30, 1952 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Feeny) Figueira.
She was married to the late Ralph Stuart (2008).
Jeanne was a Revenue Integrity Director with Bon Secours Health System in Suffern, NY. A parishioner of St Stephen Church in Warwick, she served as a Lector and Cantor. She was a member of the church choir and a volunteer for Mother’s Cupboard Ministry.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Stuart of Warwick; her brothers: Tom Figueira and his wife Rita of Carmel, NY and Joseph Figueira of Brooklyn; and a sister, Lydia Van Duynhoven and husband Casey of Warwick; nieces and nephews: Lauren, Amanda, Alison and Jimmy. She was predeceased by a sister, Cathy Sadler.
Visitation will be on Monday, January 7th from 4:00-7:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday at St. Stephens RC Church, followed by interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
