Born on August 25, 1940 in Warwick, she was the daughter of Norman (Jake) Helt and Marie Frances Walker Helt.
She was the wife of the late Philip Roger Miller (1984).
Mrs. Miller was employed by the Bank of New York, Warwick.

She is survived by her son, Philip Miller, Jr. and his wife Robin of Warwick; a granddaughter, Jessica; two sisters: Julie McKay and her husband Ed of Manchester, NJ and Betty Poyer of Hackettstown, NJ; nieces and nephews.
