Mary Lee Goodman, of Warwick, passed away on September 27, 2013 at St. Anthony Community Hospital, Warwick. She was 93 years old.
Born on October 24, 1919 in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late William and Hazel (Dunn) Lee.
She was married to the late George Goodman.
Mary led an extraordinary life. Devotion to her family and extended family, friends and her students guided her. A resident of Warwick and a parishioner of St. Stephen RC Church for 67 years, she was committed to community service and spent countless hours serving on boards and committees and volunteering. She will be missed by generations of family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Anne Rash and her husband Tony of Mansfield, CT; her son, John Goodman and his wife Patt Duffy of North Salem, NY; her son George Thomas Goodman and his wife Vicki of Baltimore, MD; her daughter, Elizabeth Goodman and her husband Bill Gannon of Cambridge, VT; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be at St. Stephen RC Church at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at a later time.
