40, of Chester, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2006.

Born on October 15, 1965 in Middletown, NY, he was the son of the late Edward A. Humbert and Carol Ann Kressler Humbert.

Mr. Humbert was a lifelong area resident and an employee of Arzee Supply Co., Middletown, New York.

He is survived by his son Frank Humbert;  his ex-wife, Maryanne Humbert of Chester;  his mother, Carol of Warwick;  brothers:  Walter Humbert and his wife Terry of Chester, Robert Barker and James Francisco of Otisville, Scott Humbert , Noe Jovel, Jenaro Hernandez  of Warwick,  Mark Humbert of Monroe, George Francisco and John Seda of the State of Florida, Angelo Humbert of Kentucky; brother-in-law, Mitchell Russell;  sisters:  Liza Crandall, Dawn Russell, Kim Russell, Nicole Humbert, Lisa Humbert and Jackie Humbert of Warwick;  uncle, Robert Kressler and his wife Doreen of Sugar Loaf;  several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 7-8:30 pm on Thursday, July 6, at  Lazear-Smith and Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY.  Services will be held at 8:30 pm at the funeral home.
