
Elsie Musicaro of Warwick, NY passed away peacefully at Valley View Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on May 21, 2020.
Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Rose (Palmieri) and Dominic Esposito.
Elsie worked at Mt. Alverno Center and Schervier Pavilion as a switchboard operator later in life. She spent countless hours at St. Anthony Community Hospital as a volunteer for 17 years. Elsie was a great supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and knitted booties for the children in her free time. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary in Warwick. She loved dancing, music, Italian cooking and bringing others joy and laughter. She was loved by many and has left everlasting memories and recipes for her friends and family.
Elsie is survived by her daughters, Noelani Musicaro of New Orleans, LA, Patti Musicaro and her late husband Nick Squires of London, England, Annette Lilly and her husband Steve of Warwick, NY; and four grandchildren: Vanessa Degrassi, Daniel Degrassi and wife Gün, Jessica Lilly and Daniel Lilly.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private arrangements have been made. A memorial service will be held when we are allowed to do so.
