Carlos A. Figueroa, of Bronx, NY, passed away on October 4, 2025, at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital. He was 73 years old.

Born in Chile in 1952, Carlos was the son of Alfredo and Elsa Figueroa.

Carlos was an avid fisherman who found much peace and joy by the water. He was a proud fan of the New York Jets, New York Mets, and New Jersey Devils, and had a lifelong love of old Jeeps and woodworking.

He is survived by his devoted family: daughters Kerin Lijoi and her husband, Justin, of Warwick, and Tamara Roche and her husband, Dan, of Pearl River, NY; four cherished grandchildren: Maddie Lijoi, Max Lijoi, Addy Roche, and Declan Roche; and siblings Maria, Robert (Elizabeth), Richie (Joanne), Ernesto (Erin), and Pamela Figueroa-Cimino (Sal). Carlos was a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his grandson, Miles Lijoi.

Carlos will be remembered by everyone who knew him for his kindness, warmth, and sense of humor. He leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories that will be treasured forever.
