(nee Graf), of West Milford (formerly Astoria, Queens), died on April 1, 2008 at Schervier Pavilion, Warwick. She was 81 years old.
Born on September 20, 1926 in Durrwangen, Germany, she was the daughter of Johann Graf and Marie Schlund Graf.
She was married to the late Robert Huch.
Mrs. Huch was a self-employed gourmet cook, was a resident of Bald Eagle Commons, West Milford, where she was an active bingo player. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace RC Church, West Milford and a former member of Immaculate Conception RC Church, Queens, where she was a member of the Rosary Society.
“Annetta was loved by all who knew her. Her children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the center of her life. She shared an unusual and special bond with all of her brothers and sister. Her pleasures were simple and her faith was paramount. She will be dearly missed.”
She is survived by her daughters: Maria Langert of West Milford and Martha Vogt of Westport, CT; six grandchildren: Christine, Ken, Erik, Taylor, Avery and Jackson; four great-grandchildren: Jessica, Aidan, Anna and Laura; a sister, Auguste Areizaga of Warwick; two brothers: Toni Graf of Queens, NY and Hans Graf of Florida, NY. She was predeceased by a brother, Karl Graf.
Visitation will be on Sunday, April 6th, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue.. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am on Monday at Our Lady Queen of Peace RC Church, Hewitt. Interment will follow in Warwick Cemetery.
