Michael J. Bossolina of Greenwood Lake, formerly of Warwick, NY passed away on February 10, 2020 at Westchester Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was 63 years old.
Born in Cresskill, NJ on March 22, 1956, he was one of six children of the late Vera (nee Smith) and the late Charles Bossolina.
Michael was a retired custodian for the Monroe-Woodbury Central School District.
Michael enjoyed spending time with all of his “boys” – his sons and his grandsons whom he adored.
Michael is survived by his two sons, Robert and his wife Sarah of Greenwood Lake, and Michael J. of Charlotte, NC; and three grandsons: Robert Charles Jr., Thomas Edward, and Anthony Michael; three sisters: Joanne Bossolina, Robin Bennett, and Nancy Muscarelle; brother, Charles Bossolina, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Linda Mastandrea.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 7 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Warwick Cemetery.
