Anthony Mann, Sr., of Warwick, passed away on December 19, 2011 at St Anthony’s Community Hospital. He was 59 years old.
Born on November 12, 1952 in Suffern, he was the son of the late Irving and Mae (Milligan) Mann.
He was married to Vanessa (Piggery) Mann.
A self-employed truck driver, Anthony was an avid fast pitch softball player and loved the Mets baseball team and the Giants football team.
He is survived by his wife, Vanessa, of Warwick; his two sons: Anthony Mann, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Warwick and Michael Mann, of Warwick; his daughter, Trevonne Gilliard and her husband Everald of Woodridge, NY, four grandchildren: Anthony, Taylor, Evyonna and Maelyn; his brothers: Irving (Pete), Ernie, Jimmy and Scott, all of Warwick; his sisters, Diane De Groat, Gail Dowdy, Donna Mann, Audrey Mann, and Bridget Mann, all of Warwick; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Velma Miller.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 21st, from 9:00am – 11:00 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Warwick Cemetery.
