of Warwick, passed away on November 22, 2008 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, NY. She was 43 years old.
Born on May 20, 1965 in Suffern, she was the daughter of John and Janet Saeli.
Cynthia was the wife of Prabhakar Kudva.
She graduated Pearl River High School with honors and SUNY Binghamton with a BA in Rhetoric. She worked for Lipton in NJ, the Schreiber Group in NYC, and for the last ten years at Behrman Capital, NYC.
A family statement reads: “The world lost a most beautiful, compassionate and sensitive soul who returned to her Maker. She succumbed to complications from a rare form of T-cell lymphoma, which she courageously battled for the last 1-1/2 years of her life.”
She is survived by her husband, Prabhakar Kudva, of Warwick; her parents, John and Janet Saeli, of Warwick; her brothers: John and his wife Penelope, Tony, and Jim and his wife Jeanne; nieces: Kristina, Meghan, and Ashley; nephew, Nicholas.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 25th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 am on Wednesday at St. Stephen’s RC Church, Warwick. Private cremation.
