Harrison Mc Cloud, Sr., of Hewitt, NJ, passed away on September 2, 2016 at St. Anthony Community Hospital, Warwick, NY.  He was 95 years old. 

Born on March 23, 1921 in Sterling Forest, NY, he was the son of the late Alexander and Berther (McDermott) Thompson.

He was married for 66 years to the late Harriet (Whitehead) Mc Cloud (2008).

Harrison was a retired Bus Mechanic with Ringwood Transportation 

He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Burghardt and her husband Joseph of Warwick;  his son, Harrison Mc Cloud, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Greenwood Lake; his grandchildren:  Joseph Burghardt, Jr., Jeff Burghardt, Michele Priestner and her husband Peter; great-grandchildren:  Robert Burghardt, Jacob Burghardt, Peter Priestner, Jr. and Michael Priestner.  Also survived by sisters:  Eva Pennock and husband Bob of Eugene, OR, Bea Hardy of Perkasie, PA and Stella Perkins of Bloomingdale, NJ.  He was predeceased by a son Wayne Mc Cloud, a grandson Brian Harrison, brother Leonard and sisters Rita Smith, Ruth Jefferson, Ella Mitchel, and Phyllis Pietmeter.
