Anthony J. Sansone of Warwick, NY (formerly of Mt. Vernon, NY) passed away on April 25, 2020. He was 61 years old.
Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of Angelina and Joseph Sansone.
Anthony worked as a postal worker in White Plains.
Anthony was a parishioner at St. Stephen RC Church, Warwick. A family statement reads, “Anthony was a fighter; he gave it his all. He loved politics and sports, especially baseball. None of our conversations about politics or sports will ever be the same without him.”
Anthony is survived by his wife Mary Ellen; son, Michael Sansone; father, Joseph Sansone and step-mother, Raffaelina of Queens, NY; and step-brothers, Gabe, John and Peter Zazzarino also of Queens, NY. He was predeceased by his mother, Angelina.
A Funeral Mass will be held on July 25 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen RC Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick.
