of Prospect Park, NJ, died on September 3, 2007.  He was 20 months old.

 

Born on December 21, 2005, he was the son of Timothy E. Graves and Rachel M. Pier.

 

Jacob is survived by his parents, Timothy E. Graves of Hawthorne, NJ and Rachel M. Pier, of Prospect Park, NJ;  his maternal grandmother, Fenna Reitsma and her husband John of New Hampton, NY;  his maternal grandfather, Raymond Pier and his wife Lorraine of Bergenfield, NJ;  his paternal grandmother, Joyce Weinrich and her husband Herb of Wyckoff, NJ.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 6th, at Hudson Valley United Reformed Church, meeting at the Mulder Chapel, Warwick Conference Center, Warwick, NY.  Interment will follow in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
