Ray Klimacek, age 83, died peacefully on October 4, 2016. She was the beloved wife for 60 years to Bill, loving mother to Steve, Sondra and their spouses; adoring grandmother to 5 grandchildren; and great grandmother to one great grandchild; and the cherished sister to her brother Ben and wife Marie.  She also leaves behind her two living angels, Janet and Louis Ramos, whom she loved dearly.

A strong, loving and dedicated woman, she was self-employed as a transcriber of court stenography and worked as a bookkeeper.  She volunteered with the League of Women Voters, PTA and Girl Scouts. She will fondly be remembered for her sense of humor, and her avid love of puzzles, books and musicals.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 11:00 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
