Brendan M. Grady of Warwick, NY, passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2024, with his loving family by his side. He was 58 years old.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, on April 8, 1966, he was the son of Donald and Rita (nee Hamill) Grady.
Brendan worked as a trading associate on the NY Stock Exchange.
Brendan is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Kelly (nee Dolan), and their two children Jenna and Brendan; brother Patrick Grady(Lindsay); sister Deirdre Grady; sister-in-law Kelly Grady Sheets; his in-laws, Arthur and Crystal, Trish, Kathy, Andrew, Artie and Colleen; his beloved nieces and nephews; Ainsley, Dylan, Kayla, Hannah, Noelle, Brynn, Meghan, Delia, Katie, Declan and Callum as well as his favorite fur buddies Penelope and Shady. His parents and brother Christopher Grady predeceased him.
A family statement reads, “Brendan was an incredible and loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle and friend. We are devastated by his loss but are consoled in knowing his body is no longer failing him and he is at peace with Don, Rita, and Christopher."
Visitation will be on Friday, September 13, from 4-8:00 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A Funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, at St. Stephen RC Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick. The interment will be private.
