William Hogan, of Monroe, NY, passed away on April 4, 2017 at Milford Manor, West Milford, NJ. He was 86 years old.
Born on July 1, 1930 in Thurles Co. Tipperary, Ireland, he was the son of the late Charles and Johanna (Finn) Hogan.
Mr. Hogan was a Master Carpenter and a member of Local Union 608, NYC.
He is survived by his children: Marie Parkes and her husband Gerald of Chalfont, PA, Derek Hogan of Greenwood Lake, NY, Karen LaManna and her husband John of North Augusta, SC, Darren Hogan and his wife Dawn of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Tara Hogan and her fiancé Michael Kelly of Hewitt, NJ. He is also survived by grandchildren: Gillian Parkes, Sonya Parkes, Gemma Parkes, and Heather Parkes, Amber Lee LaManna, Kristina Seguin and Jennifer Mullane, Alicia Lynn Hogan and DJ Hogan, Christopher Hogan, Brian Hogan and Ryan Maloney, Brendan Maloney and Kristen Maloney; and 20 much loved great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Hogan in 2006 and a daughter-in-law, Julia Hogan in 1995
Visitation will be on Saturday, April 8th, from 10:00 am-1:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Warwick Cemetery.
