Mary E. Parker, of Warwick (formerly of Staten Island), passed away on December 15, 2017 at Schervier Pavilion.  She was 102 years old.

Born on April 6, 1915 in Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Timothy and Hannah (O’Grady) Anglin.

She was married to the late George R. Parker.

Mary was formerly an Executive Secretary with Wards Bakery, New York, NY. 

A family statement reads:  “Mary was a dear and sweet soul.  She loved to knit and crochet, was an avid bingo player and a big New York Yankee fan.”

She is survived by her two sons:  George Parker of Sparta, NJ and Robert Parker of Newburgh, NY;   her five grandchildren:  Timothy Parker, James Parker, Michael Parker, Christine Parker and Ellen Juracek; and two great-grandchildren:  Kaylee and Timothy.  She was predeceased by a son, Daniel Parker in 2000.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 9:00-9:45 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY.  Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 am at St Stephen RC Church, Warwick.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
