, of Chester, passed away on February 12, 2010 at Arden Hill Hospital, Goshen. She was 48 years old.
Born on November 19, 1961 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, she was the daughter of Richard and Ruth (Williams) Lewis.
She was married to Joseph Monteleone.
A homemaker, she was most recently Kennel Manager with Orange County Veterinary Hospital. She was an equestrian and an animal lover and was a member of the Georgia Animal Rescue Association. She also served as a Human Resources Director in Georgia. She was a member of Sugar Loaf United Methodist Church and the craft group of the church.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Monteleone, of Chester; her beloved “babies” Bella, Bianca & Chase, Maximus and Korre; and her parents, Richard and Ruth Lewis; two brothers: Richard Lewis and Steven Lewis; mother-in-law, Jane Monteleone; father-in-law, Gabriel Monteleone; sisters-in-law: Beth Lewis, Julie Lewis, and Sherry Monteleone; brother-in-law, Gabriel Monteleone; nieces, Amber Lewis, Katie Monteleone, and Maria Monteleone; nephews: Jordan Lewis, Robert Lewis, and Gabriel Monteleone; an uncle, Brook Williams; aunts, Christine Whitely and Sharon Stewart; many other aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 16th, from 4:00-7:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 pm. Private cremation.
