Joseph Valentine

Joseph John Valentine, of Warwick, passed away on December 2, 2017 at Schervier Pavilion.  He was 91 years old.

Born on June 20, 1926 in New York, NY, he was the son of the late Philip and Mary (Barkovich) Valentine.

Joseph served with the US Navy during World War II.

Before retiring in 1987, Joseph was a Technician/Lineman with Verizon, New York.  He was a former member of Columbus RC Church in New York City.

He is survived by his son, Robert Paluszek of Warwick.  He was predeceased by two brothers, John Valentine and Anthony Valentine.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 9th, from 9:00-10:00 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, with a service held at 9:30 am.  Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
