Denise M. Icart, of Warwick, NY, passed away on March 16, 2017 at Orange Regional Medical Center.  She was 98 years old.

Born on March 27, 1918 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Isidore and Marie (Bielle) LaFargue.

Before retiring, Denise was an Office Manager with New York Telephone Company in New York City.  An avid reader, she checked out at least twelve books a month from the Albert Wisner Public Library, and she loved dining at Grappa Restaurant in Warwick.

She is survived by her daughter, Claudette Icart of Warwick;  her son, Peter Icart and his wife Charlene of Sebastian, Florida;  and her grandchildren:  Christopher Maggio of Warwick and Joseph Maggio of Vernon, NJ.
