Nancy Klopchin of Rochester, NY, formerly of Warwick, and a graduate of Warwick Valley High School, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 18, 2019 in Rochester, NY.  She was 59 years old.

Daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Klopchin, she was born October 1, 1959 in Rockland Lake, NY.

Nancy worked as a technician for Kodak in Rochester for many years then later at Tops Supermarket in Rochester as the deli manager.  In her free time, Nancy enjoyed doing what she loved: fishing.

Nancy is survived by her son, Orin and his wife Erika, and their daughter August of Lander, Wyoming; her fiancé Israel of Rochester; her siblings, Ray Jr and his fiancée AnnMarie Ceccarelli of Greenville, NY, Lynn Gates and her husband Richard of Paris, TN, Robert and his fiancée Doreen Weslowski of Slate Hill, NY, Bryan of Monroe, NY, Helen Beard of Clermont FL, and Gary of Barryville, NY. Nancy was predeceased by her sisters Mary and Janet. She is also survived by her loving niece and trusted friend, Amy Newman of Rochester; her uncle, Gary Kane and his wife Kathy of Magnolia, OH; her Aunt Katherine Mees and her husband Rocky of Jasper, FL; as well as several additional nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A Funeral Mass will be on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephens Church, 75 Sanfordville Rd, Warwick, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
