Humberto Piazza, of Warwick, passed away on May 7, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern. He was 95 years old.
He was born on February 15, 1920 in Puerto Rico. He was married to the late Camelia Santana.
Huberto served with the US Army during World War II. He was retired as a Factory Worker.
An avid NY Yankees fan, he loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and also his cat.
He is survived by his two granddaughters: Julie Cirigliano of Goshen, NY and Cathy Grzelaczyk of Wantagh, NY; his great-grandchildren: Jamie, Colby, Marcello and Enzo; and a daughter, Norma Santana of Bellville, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, May 9th, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
