Patricia A. Hayes

Patricia A. Hayes , of Mohegan lake, NY, formerly of New York City, passed away on October 21, 2014 at Hudson Valley Memorial Hospital.  She was 60 years old. 

Born on October 20, 1954 in Central Islip, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Joseph Portal and Eileen Nichols Portal. 

She is survived by a brother, Anthony V. Portal, of Belmont, NC; and an uncle, John Bessler and his wife Eleanor F. of Warwick, NY. 

Visitation will be on Friday, October 24th, from 9:00-10:00 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY.  Funeral service will follow at 10:00 am, with interment in All Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
