Thomas Mazanec of Warwick, NY passed away on December 13, 2018. He was 60 years old.

 

Born to the late Kenneth and Barbara (Muszynski) Mazanec on February 28, 1958 in Hackensack, NJ.

 

Thomas was a self-employed contractor.

 

He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Mazanec of Willow Springs, NC; son Kevin Mazanec of Hornell, NY; sister, Mary Ellen Blair of Ponte Vedra, FL; and brother John Mazanec of Greensboro, NC.  He was predeceased by his parents; his longtime companion, Ruth Ann Petrick; and his brother, Kenneth Mazanec.

 

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 15 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY.  Interment will follow in Warwick Cemetery.
