of Chester, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 11, 2008 at Elant Adult Home, Goshen.  She was 92 years old.

Born on November 2, 1915 in New Milford, she was the daughter of the late John F. Ryerson and Nellie Maude Mills.

She was married to the late Burnett Bliven (1992).

A homemaker, she was a member of the Sugar Loaf United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her nephew William Oppmann and his wife Janice of Sugar Loaf, her niece Claudia Oppmann and her husband Mike of Sugar Loaf, and her nephew Lynn Bliven and his wife Kathleen of Middletown; several great nieces and nephews; a cousin, Janet Ford of Middletown.
