Francis William Kempinger

of Naperville, IL (formerly of North Carolina), passed away on July 4, 2008.

 

Born on December 14, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Francis X. Kempinger and Edna Stern Kempinger.

 

He was married to the late Paulette Kempinger and the late Genevieve Kempinger.

 

He is survived by his children:  Roseann and husband John Kaste of Naperville, IL, Stan Kempinger of Raleigh, NC, Francis and his wife Dian Kempinger of Coral Springs, FL, Paul and his wife Claire Kempinger of Chester, NY, and Doreen Kempinger of Forestville, MD; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters:  Beverly Brunton and Edna Reiger.

 

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 10th, from 3-5 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Friday at Sacred Heart RC Church, Monroe.  Interment will follow in St. Anastasia Cemetery, Harriman.
